Habits: sly, mean, doen't always listen

Apearence or picture: A pink sphix cat. Some brown spots. Purple stripes on his head and back. He has richu's tail but the brown is light purple and the yellow spark at the end is a darker purple.

Sorry but it's based to much off a character that already exists. You'd have to come up with a new design for the character but besides that it sounds good. You might want to add more moves so it can learn some later on. But besides that it sounds good sorry thought.

I have a few stuff on this to say.

First question about the name is Katly a nickname and Katmon the name of the pokemon?
Second the evolution, What do you mean like Zangoose?
Third, I've decided there isn't anymore extrmely rare pokemon in other words legends since we already have the three legends forr Str Region thou I think it would be a good idea to make it common, since it would be nice to have more well-found fakemon.
Fourth, its tail might need some changing we don't want it to be exaclty like Raichu's.

Sorry for being so picky but this shouldn't take long.

I got the answer to the second question Aveon. it's only a single evolution pokemon like Zangoose is only a single evolution pokemon

Squirtle is an example of the pre-evolution of Wartortle. Also the rarity needs to be changed there are no longer any extremely rare pokemon we already have the three legends of the Star Region. Flyeon, Mosemon and Nisomon.
